One person loads (optional destaker) full hatcher trays on the chick separator's infeed conveyor. Trays are automatically tipped and ejected into the tray washer.
The day old chicks are separated onto a conveyor while the egg shells are dispensed into a waste hopper. A quiet and compact air blower is used to remove any additional small egg fragments still remaining with the chicks.
All this is done while consuming less than 40 amps of power and minimal air pressure. |
